Several years ago I scanned my old “Dexter” cartoons, which I’m now re-publishing here every Friday. My hand-written captions weren’t very readable after scanning, so I re-did them using a cartoonish font – and I no longer have this font, nor do I remember its name.
So, does anyone recognize the font used in this cartoon?
Update: Brian Varvel pointed me to Blambot, which offers an excellent set of free comic fonts – many of which are better than my original choice. Thanks, Brian!
Hi,
Sorry, I don’t, but you might discover that with Identifont :

I can’t place it exactly, but here’s a fantastic source for these… i bet you can find it.

Thanks, Sophie – that’s a handy tool! I didn’t find an exact match, but “Jacoby Light” looks fairly close (see http://www.fonts.com/findfonts/detail.asp?pid=405914 )
Brian – thank you, that page has a number of nice comic fonts, some of which are better than my original choice.
