I recently described how to subscribe to your GMail inbox in FeedDemon, and apparently this is a popular feature. However, if you have more than one GMail account, you may find it tricky to subscribe to both since only a single login is supported.
Luckily, there is a workaround for this – just include your login in the feed URL, using this format:
https://username:password@gmail.google.com/gmail/feed/atom/
Update: I originally reported that this method shouldn’t be used when subscribing to your GMail feed in Bloglines, but this was a false alarm. My apologies for jumping the gun!
Update 2: As recommended in the comments, I’ve changed the URL from http to https.

You have to make sure you subscribe to the feed correctly as Mr Nick has posted above; using the atom feed as is from GMail shows your login if done incorretly
one problem: this is insecure. Your password will be transmitted in plain text across the internet!
I couldn’t get this to work in Bloglines, but I don’t think it’s a good idea. Even if you mark a feed as private it still shows up in the Bloglines directory.
I know this because I have a feed I created for my own use that people keep subscribing to. I’m going to have to move it and not subscribe to it in Bloglines anymore.
Instead of http you can also use https. So using https://username:password@gmail.google.com/gmail/feed/atom/ should be safe enough.
Nick, please correct the original post. Sending private authorization credentials on clear-text http is not good, especially if https is available as well.
