Yesterday, as I sat in my son’s karate class reading a book, I started noticing that I was getting odd looks from a couple of other parents watching the class. I brushed it off at first, but it was hard to ignore.
Then it dawned on me. I was reading
“Using SOAP,” which to non-techies surely looked like a primer on keeping clean. As far as they were concerned, I might’ve well have been reading “Deodorant for Dummies.”
LOL!
Geek humour at its best! :)
Nick, an idea. Just like Dexter, why don’t you try to create another character Mr. Geek. Publish strip from your geeky experiences like this one or the lust for laptop incident. What say?

Hi! I’m Brazilian and I like to have a TopStyle blog in Portuguese (Brazil).
ha ha, thanks for the first laugh of the day!
That’s great!
Wait until the AJAX books come out.
Thanks for the laugh… your post is the second one I’ve read today that gave me a good laugh. The other one was this a link to this one:

Cheers,

Hilarious :-)
ROFL! Too funny!
JD, that very idea has been simmering in my brain for quite a while now. I don’t have enough time to get back into cartooning at the moment, but when I do, something along those lines could be fun.
SOAP mal anders…
