Based on support questions I’ve been seeing, it seems that many TopStyle users don’t know that it offers keyboard shortcuts which wrap HTML tags around the current selection. Here’s a list of these shortcuts:
- Ctrl+7 = <..>
- Shift+Ctrl+A = Anchor Tag
- Ctrl+5 = ASP Block
- Shift+Ctrl+5 = ASP Line
- Ctrl+B = Strong (bold)
- Shift+Ctrl+B = Break (BR)
- Ctrl+Enter = Break (BR) and start a new line
- Ctrl+H = Horizontal Rule (HR)
- Shift+Ctrl+I = Image
- Ctrl+L = List Item (LI)
- Shift+Ctrl+Space = Non-breaking space ( )
- Shift+Ctrl+P = Paragraph (P)
- Ctrl+6 = PHP Block
- Shift+Ctrl+6 = PHP Line
- Ctrl+T = Table
- Ctrl+U = Unordered List
You also have the ability to create custom keyboard shortcuts which can insert any text you like. Just select Options > Keyboard Shortcuts to create your own shortcuts.
