Giampaolo Bellavite just updated the PDF version of TopStyle’s help and tutorial. Thanks, Giampaolo!

ANN: TopStyle Pro 3.11 Upgrade Available
I announced this in the TopStyle Tips Blog last week, but now it’s official: the final release of TopStyle Pro 3.11 is available as a free upgrade to those who purchased version 3.0 or 3.10. To request your free upgrade, please use the TopStyle Registered Version Download form. And while you’re downloading, you’ll want to read the release notes to find out what’s new.
Just install version 3.11 directly on top of version 3.0 or 3.10 (or the 3.11 beta), and all of your settings – except for the current layout – will be retained.
As always, I owe a lot of thanks to the many customers who helped by providing bug reports and other feedback during the beta period. I hope you’ll find the new version to be worth the time you spent helping out with the beta.
PS: The trial version of TopStyle Pro is still version 3.10 (as is TopStyle Lite). Once the initial flurry of support related to the new release has died down, I plan to update both TopStyle Lite and the trial version of TopStyle Pro. I should add, too, that if you want to purchase version 3.11, it’s already available through my order page.

The webmaster of Enzology just let me know that he created the site’s CSS using TopStyle on a dual-monitor system. Enzology is New Zealand National Radio’s documentary on the band “Split Enz.”
TopStyle Pro 3.11 code locked
This weekend I locked the code for TopStyle Pro 3.11 in preparation for the final release. A big thank you goes out to everyone who provided feedback and bug reports during the beta. Without your help, TopStyle would be a lesser program.
Unless I run into some heart-stopping problem, the final release – which is a free upgrade from versions 3.0 and 3.10 – will be announced here in a few days. If you’d like to see what’s new/fixed/changed in version 3.11, the release notes are already online.
PS: Due to the release, my blogging will probably continue to be lighter than usual for the next week or so.
ANN: TopStyle Pro 3.11 RC3
Release candidate 3 of TopStyle Pro 3.11 is now available to registered customers. Note that even though the release notes mention only a single fix in RC3, intenally a lot of changes were made, including disabling the debug code that has been in all prior builds of v3.11.
Unless problems are reported in RC3, this will be the last build before the final version is released.
TopStyle over Dreamweaver for CSS
Just happened to find this forum post from David Sims, which is in reply to someone asking why they’d use TopStyle when they already have Dreamweaver MX:
"I like DWMX2004, and it’s a vast improvement over MX, but nothing comes close to TopStyle for stylesheets. I’ve built and now manage a 4,000-page site using only TopStyle to create and manage the styles – I simply couldn’t do it with MX or MX2004 with as much ease or speed as I’m able to with TopStyle."

TopStyle Pro 3.11 RC1

Skype.com: Built with TopStyle
Erki Esken, Web Developer for Skype Technologies, just sent me the following:
“I’m happy to say that almost all the code on new www.skype.com was built with TopStyle. And I must say writing valid XHTML and CSS in TopStyle is a breeze :) Thanks again for a great program.”
YourTotalSite: Built with TopStyle
Just got an email from Garrett Dimon of YourTotalSite.com stating that “every line of code was written in TopStyle, and we can’t imagine life without it.” The site is nicely done, and contains a number of articles of interest to web developers.
